The location was good and the staff seemed helpful enough.
I booked a "Superior Family Room" AND it was NOT superior. It was pretty subpar. The floors were dirty and sticky and I asked that they clean them before my stay started but that didn't happen. The shower temp fluctuated wildly from freezing to scalding during my showers so it was difficult to relax.

The daily cleaning kept the room super clean. The staff offered helpful tips and promptly answered my questions. The location is ideal. It's near the metro and close to many tourist spots!!! The breakfast was a great bonus. I really appreciated it.

The room included a fridge and kettle. A coffee machine was also available. The staff was friendly. They offered a simple breakfast with coffee and pastries each morning. The hotel enjoys a great location. I walked to many popular spots nearby. The staff gave me restaurant tips!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Their local tips were invaluable. the location allowed easy access to many attractions. the complimentary coffee and pastries each morning were a very nice touch.
The street noise was slightly noticeable at times. I brought earplugs, which resolved the issue.

The staff demonstrated amazing attentiveness. They readily assisted with directions and suggestions. their english skills were excellent, facilitating clear communication. Camil was particularly helpful. luggage storage was available. It allowed me to explore the city freely before my departure.

i found this super cute place and the location is totally awesome! i could walk to everything in like, five minutes. the staff, like, were so nice every time i needed help. the room was big. the bed was super comfy. it was great!
the floors feels a little sticky at first so maybe that needs a little work, but that really is all!

the staff were amazing. they always helped me with directions. the reception desk was staffed 24 hours, and someone was always available to assist. they also arranged a taxi to the airport for me. wow!
